The estate

Established in 1998 on the slopes of Mount Pangeon at Kokkinochori, Kavala, by the oenologists Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou.

Associated estates: Mikra Thira on Santorini and Ktima Dio Ipsi in the Peloponnese.

Terroir & viticulture

Eighty hectares of contiguous vineyard wrap the winery on the Pangeon foothills — chalky clay over rocky limestone, planted at the high density of 4,000 vines per hectare.

Certified 100% organic and hand harvested; certified vegan, ISO 22000, ETHOS CSR.

Cellar & production

A two-level, gravity-designed complex with subterranean barrel cellars of French oak barriques, and the Etos library vaults used for extended bottle maturation.
