The estate

Founded in 1981 in Epanomi (Thessaloniki) by Vangelis Gerovassiliou (Bordeaux-educated under Émile Peynaud, former head oenologist at Domaine Porto Carras). Credited with rescuing the indigenous Malagousia variety.

Terroir & viticulture

110 ha single contiguous vineyard (initially 63 ha owned) in Papamola, Epanomi, bordered on three sides by the Aegean Sea. Deep sandy-clay soils rich in marine fossils; certified sustainable/integrated pest management.
