The estate

Founded by master oenologist Bakis Tsalkos (Bordeaux/Montpellier-educated) in Adriani, Drama; co-managed with his son Alexandros Tsalkos. Blends classic French winemaking structure with modern low-intervention methods.

Terroir & viticulture

30 ha across Drama and Kavala, influenced by Mount Pangeon and breezes from the Aegean Sea. Conventional and organic viticulture.
