Founded in 2015 near Prosotsani, Drama, by Bordeaux-trained oenologist Nikos Karatzas (former chief oenologist of Ktima Pavlidis). Operates on an innovative non-estate model.

Terroir & viticulture

No owned vineyards; sources via long-term partnerships with dedicated growers across Drama, Macedonia, Thessaly, Thrace, and Crete. Focuses on organic farming, old vines, and heritage Greek grapes.
